Day 1



I got up this morning and the first thing I did was use the bathroom and weigh in.  Then I went to the kitchen for the  part of the challenge I have dreaded the most...the fiber drink.  I have a great mentor (Shelby :) ) who suggested mixing it with my Spark so I tried that.  It wasn't too bad, nowhere near as bad as I was expecting.  I downed it really quick and took my catalyst and then off to start getting ready for work.  I made a glass of water to drink  while I was getting ready too.  
My breakfast consisted of 2 eggs, 2 strawberries, a 4 ounce glass of unsweetened almond milk and the rest of the glass of water I had fixed earlier.  I ate almost all of it and got full before I finished.  The almond milk was ok.  I really love milk so I gave it a try, it is not milk.  I liked it but I can't call it milk lol  


My mid morning snack consisted of a handful of lightly salted cashews (couldn't find the unsalted) and my water. 

Before lunch I fixed my second Spark and took 3 more catalyst.  

My lunch was turkey, quiona, and broccoli meatloaf with sweet potatoes and of course my wonderful bottle of water.  I had to dice/ puree up the broccoli and put it in the meatloaf to be able to eat it, but it is in there so it counts!  I only ate about half of what you see in the picture and was full! I used to eat 2 times this much so I wasn't sure this was going to be enough to fill me up.  I guess between all the water I am drinking and eating better food more often I have filled up faster.  



My afternoon snack was a hard boiled egg and you guessed it another glass of water.  Usually by this time of day I am dragging and yawning and falling asleep.  I usually break down and go and get a coke for the pick me up.  Today I have had my 2 spark and I am still feeling great.  No craving for the coke so far.  

When I got home from work mom asked if I wanted to go walking and I was so glad she did.  I really enjoy the afternoon walks with my mom and the girls.  I get in some great exercise and it helps me to de-stress after a long day at work.  We walked my neighborhood and part of the neighborhood across from ours and back to my house.  It took us about 25 minutes.  There are several hills and then on top of that I am pushing a double jogging stroller with a 4 year old and 16 month old so I got a great workout in.  

For supper I had slow cooker applesauce chicken with rice and peas and carrots.  I also took the 4 Omegas.  Those things are huge!!!  



After I got the girls in bed I finished my day by taking the 3 herbal cleanse tabs....they are huge and taste horrible.  Finished off my 100 ounces of water and relaxed the rest of the night.  

Ready for day 2!  Goodnight!
