2 month update!

3 weeks from today I am going to start my second 24 Day Challenge.  I am so excited because I am ready to get cleaned up again.  I have been taking my MNS and other supplements but haven't been eating as good as I should be but I am still losing a little weight. I am looking forward to the cleanse as funny as that sounds! I have never felt better than I did during those first 10 days of the challenge.

Here is a picture of me at Easter and at the end of June in the same dress.  I love how the background behind me in April was dark and dead, kinda how I felt about my weight.  The background in June was green and alive, happy and flourishing, kinda how I feel now.  I still have a long way to go (at least 20-30 more pounds) but I am at least on my way there and trying.  Where are you in your journey and which do you feel?  Dark and dead or alive and flourishing and happy?
